Khabar Nahin (Don't Know) from Dostana (2008)
Mere maula maula mere maula, man matwala kyun hua hua re
My God oh my God, why my heart has become lucky
Man maula maula mere maula, mere maula
My God oh my God, my heart my God
Kis taraf hai aaasmaan, kis taraf zaameen
Which side the sky is, on which side is the earth
(Don't know) x.2
-------------------------------
Oh o' jab se aaya hai sanam
Oh since when my lover has arrived
Mujhko khud ki bhi khabar nahi, khabar nahi
I don't even know about myself, i don't know
Ho o' o' hosh gul, sapno ki mein bandhu phool
My senses are lost; I am weaving dreams
Aankh kab khuli khabar nahi khabar nahi
When did my eyes opened, don't know, don't know
Hoo hoo kis taraf hai aaasmaan
Oh which side the sky is
Kis taraf zaameen
Which side is the earth?
Mere maula maula mere maula, man matwala kyun hua hua re
My God oh my God, why my heart has become lucky
Man maula maula mere maula, mere maula
My God oh my God, my heart my God
-------------------------------
Jaane kab kahan kaise, tere ho gaye kaise
Don’t know when where and how i became yours
Hum to sochte hi reh gaye, aur pyaar ho gaya
i kept on thinking and i fell in love
Mere khawaab dil saaansein, mil ke kho gaye aise
My dreams heart and breathes, once were found and I lost them
Tujko dekh ke aisa to kai baar ho gaya
When seeing you this has happened a lot time
Tu kahe dil yeh tera hi rahe
if you say this heart is yours
Aur kya kahun khabar nahi khabar nahi
And what else should i say, i don’t know, i don’t know
Kis taraf hai aaasmaan, kis taraf zaameen
Which side the sky is, on which side is the earth
Mere maula maula mere maula, man matwala kyun hua hua re
My God oh my God, why my heart has become lucky

He will come in this wait
Ud chala dil wahan sapne jahan mein janu
My heart is flying over there, where my dreams are
Lagta hai woh mere kareeb hai
It seems like he is near to me
Aisa kyun hai magar dhunde nazar beqabu
But why my eyesight is searching him uncontrolably
Ho o' o' hosh gul, sapno ki mein bandhu phool
My senses are lost; I am weaving dreams

Bollywood’s biggest casting coup: Abhishek, Aishwarya and Vivek to feature in Tansen
Call it a casting coup or a thunder of sorts, but Bollywood director Satish Kaushik and Rajshri Productions have made the impossible possible!
The latest buzz has it that `Tansen`, touted to be one of the costliest Hindi films ever to be made, will star Abhishek, Aishwarya, Anil Kapoor, and none other than Vivek Oberoi.
‘Tansen’ is said to be based on the life of the famous Mughal court singer by the same name and will see Abhishek playing the lead role.
The much talked about film is to be shot in Bangkok and then at other international locations such as Australia and New Zealand. The shooting is reported to begin next month.

Abhishek and Aishwarya Bachchan 2 Year Anniversary
The Bachchan couple, Aishwarya and Abhishek Bachchan mark their second year of love and togetherness today. In this two years of span, they have seen many ups and downs in their professional life but in spite of all those they proved to be a strong supporter of one another. As the couple steps into their third year of blissful marriage, they are off to an undisclosed destination to celebrate the D-day.
At first they were to work on this special day for Mani Ratnam’s ‘Ravan’ but his sudden breakdown of health gave the couple a chance to enjoy their anniversary. They may be off to Europe to spend some quality time with each other. Though Mani freed the couple to celebrate anniversary, it was the duo's combined decision to work on the special day as they did not want to delay the project anymore and by anyway, they will be together.
Last year, they had a light anniversary as Abhi was shooting in Miami for ‘Dostana’ and Ash was busy with her work but she flew to her hubby to spend time with him. Mani’s ill heath has pushed ahead the schedule and they get a chance to have some fun.
We wish Ash-Abhi more years of togetherness. Happy Anniversary!

Bollywood Age Discrimination
And, Rani Mukerji, Preity Zinta, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Sushmita Sen who made their debuts in the 90s are also fast being relegated to the background. Filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt says, “Even in Hollywood a Julia Roberts is feeling the tremors of the end. Whether you’re a street walker, an actor or in any other glamorous profession, there is a premium on youth. One can’t flinch away from the fact that an actor has a limited shelf life; and in this consumerist age where society is youth-obsessed, there is no place for people beyond a particular age. Even a child in an average school wants his mother to look like the young, television mother in a soap opera or a television commercial. Age controls the days and the nights of the entertainment world.’’
Facts that corroborate the theory that in showbiz, the younger the better, come from recent study that show that Aishwarya lost three endorsements — for a jewellery line, a soap and a doll to Katrina Kaif; Kareena is the reigning Bollywood queen; Priyanka is the preferred actress when the role needs “histrionics’’; Deepika looks good with Shah Rukh Khan and Saif Ali Khan. Akshay Kumar wants to team up with Jiah Khan; Shahid Kapoor wishes to serenade Genelia D’Souza; Salman Khan and Ajay Devgan prefer Asin over Amisha Patel; and, Abhishek Bachchan wants to share screen space with Sonam.
So in this fast changing scenario, where do the 90s’ beauties like Rani/Preity/Shilpa Shetty/Amisha fit in?
Trade writer Vinod Mirani says, “They’re considered for the occasional meaty role, but with the production numbers having gone down, the roles have dried up for the older lot. The heroes well into their 40s invariably ask their producers to get them younger heroines.’’ A filmmaker adds, “In Bollywood, the heroines are absolutely inter-changeable; switching Deepika with Katrina makes no difference to a project.’’So 43-year-old Salman will team up with 20-something Sonakshi Sinha (daughter of Shatrughan Sinha); Akshay Kumar (41) wants Jiah (21) in his film Housefull; and Aamir Khan (44) is definitely gung-ho about romancing Asin (25). Even Shah Rukh (43) made the perfect pair with Anushka (22). Of course, in the next round, the bar will be pushed down further, and the reigning Bollywood stars will definitely make a play for the new teenager on the block. When Amitabh Bachchan romanced Shilpa Shetty in Lal Badshah, one of his older leading ladies had joked, “Amitji is learning to change nappies; next he will be romancing Baby Guddu on screen.’’

*Grade
D
This movie is really time and money wasting, not at all "piasa vasooli" (waste of money). Dialogues are really insulting too everyone, overacting of actors, especially Abhishek Bachchan. The songs are ok, but otherwise the whole movie is waste for everyone-for the actors and for the audience. This movie got a lot of buzz because of Karan Johar and Yash Chopra, who also couldn't save the movie
Rated PG 13

Drona-Movie Review
Synopsis
Faraway in a distant town, there was once a young man named Aditya. Brought up by a foster family, Aditya was unaware of his real identity and the destiny that awaited him.
Somewhere far from here, an evil sorcerer, Riz Raizada, a descendant of the asuras (legendary demons), had become dangerously impatient in his thirst for the precious secret. The secret, which was the missing link, in his grand plan of taking over the universe. To get to the secret, he’d have to defeat Drona.
Starring
§ Priyanka Chopra
§ Kay Kay Menon
§ Jaya Bachchan
*Grade
C-
The acting of each actor nice, but the story was quite different. Though the best part of the movie would be the set and props used throughout the movie. There was quite a lot use of CPU or computer image. The songs were ok, not really worth remembering, but good rhythm.
Rated G/PG
